Now I’m trying to become couch potato. But the problem is, I never get fat. This weird body lose weight when doing nothing, but gets heavy when doing something extreme hard. My personal record was about 67Kilos, and it was the second month of boot camp. Of course, after I was assigned to my base, I lose it again so when I finished my duty, it was only 52.

After I bicycle traveled Japan a month ago, I was a bit more than sixty. However, after a month of doing nothing but eating, I lose few kilos again. So it’s too hard to be a typical couch potato. It’s something impossible.

Beside, I don’t really like me getting weight. You can’t even imagine how big my head was then. :-o
