In here, we say ‘head-hair’ for ‘hair’. And we often omit ‘hair’ so we say ‘head’ for ‘hair’. Therefore, when we have a haircut, we used say 'I cut my head'

Though I cut my head today, I'm still alive because this is Korea. :-)
